2. No Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law, all purchases made through Eagle Edge Labs are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once access to the purchased digital product or service has been provided, refunds will generally not be issued due to a change of mind, personal circumstances, lack of usage, scheduling conflicts, or any similar reason.
3. Digital Products
Our offerings include digital products and services such as online courses, recorded courses, live online masterclasses, prompt libraries, templates, playbooks, PDFs, downloadable resources, memberships, and other digital learning materials. Due to the nature of digital content, which may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds will generally not be available once the content has been accessed, viewed, streamed, downloaded, or otherwise made available to you, except where required by applicable law.
4. Live Sessions
Refunds will generally not be available for missed live sessions, late attendance, partial attendance, scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, travel plans, or technical issues originating on the participant's side (including internet connectivity, hardware, or software issues). Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements necessary to access the services.
5. Account Deletion & Course Access
The voluntary deletion of an account, expiration of access periods, or suspension of access due to a violation of our Terms of Use does not entitle the user to a refund. Access to purchased materials is subject to the specific terms of the product at the time of purchase.
6. Technical Issues & Payment Errors
Payment Processing Errors:
If a transaction fails but funds are deducted, the resolution lies with the respective payment gateway or bank. Eagle Edge Labs will assist in providing necessary transaction details for your investigation.
Duplicate Payments:
In the event of a verified duplicate payment due to a technical error on our platform, we will process a refund for the duplicate amount after a thorough investigation.
7. Company Cancellations
Eagle Edge Labs reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any course, live session, workshop, or service due to operational, technical, legal, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we may, at our discretion and where appropriate, provide a rescheduled session, access to another batch, equivalent digital content, learning credits, or another reasonable alternative. Except where required by applicable law, such changes shall not entitle users to a refund.
8. Promotional Offers
All purchases made using promotional offers, including but not limited to early-bird pricing, discount codes, bundles, or seasonal sales, are subject to this No Refund Policy. No adjustments or refunds will be processed if a promotional code was not applied at the time of checkout.
9. Course Transfer
The transfer of course access or enrollment from one user to another is strictly prohibited unless expressly approved in writing by Eagle Edge Labs management under exceptional circumstances.
10. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Eagle Edge Labs to seek a resolution, we may investigate the matter and, where appropriate and permitted by applicable law, suspend or restrict your account, revoke access to purchased content, cancel certificates, restrict future purchases, and pursue recovery of any outstanding amounts or reasonable costs incurred in connection with the dispute.
11. Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders arising from pricing errors or inaccuracies on our website. In such cases, a full refund of the amount paid for the affected order will be issued.
12. General Legal Clause
This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that may be available to users under applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Gurugram, Haryana, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
